Digital downloads: all sales final.
Your files are delivered the moment you pay, and they can’t be taken back. So we don’t offer returns, refunds or exchanges on digital decks, print sheets or guides. Please be sure before you buy.
If something is wrong with a file.
If a download link doesn’t work, a file won’t open, or the files you received aren’t what you ordered, email us and we’ll fix it or send a new link. That’s a problem to solve, not a return.
Printed and shipped decks.
Printed decks are made to order, so we can’t take them back either. If yours arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we’ll make it right.
