Magick Monkey sells printable affirmation and oracle card decks at magickmonkey.com. We collect only what we need to take your payment, deliver your files, ship printed decks and run the review program. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t run ads.
What we collect.
- When you buy: your email address, billing details and (for printed decks) your shipping name and address. Your card number is entered on Stripe’s checkout page and never reaches us.
- When you leave a review: the name you choose to display, your rating and what you write. Approved reviews are public, with your display name and the deck you bought.
- When you email us: your address and whatever you send.
- When you browse: basic visit data (pages viewed, device and browser type, rough location) from Vercel Web Analytics. It doesn’t use cookies or follow you around the web.
How we use it.
- To process your payment and email your download links.
- To print and ship your deck, if you ordered one.
- To verify that a review comes from a real customer and to send the free deck we offer reviewers.
- To answer your questions, fix problems and keep records for taxes and accounting.
- To see which pages people use, so we can improve the site.
Who handles it.
We use a small set of services to run the shop. Each gets only what it needs to do its job:
- Stripe processes payments and calculates sales tax.
- Supabase stores our order and review records and the files you download.
- Resend sends our emails and receives mail sent to our address.
- Vercel hosts the website and provides analytics.
- Our printer and carrier receive your shipping name and address if you order a printed deck.
We may also share information if the law requires it. We never sell it.
How long we keep it.
We keep order records for as long as we need them for support, taxes and accounting. Reviews stay up until you ask us to remove them. Email us and we’ll delete what we’re allowed to delete.
Your choices.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us from the address you used to order. If you’re in a place with privacy laws that give you more rights, such as California or the EU and UK, we’ll honor them.
Children.
The shop is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes.
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
